Terms and Conditions

The City of Santa Monica continues to place the highest value on the health and safety of our community. Additional safety protocols and procedures such as social distancing and face masks may be implemented as directed by current LA County Department of Public Health Guidelines.

PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION for Santa Monica residents begins We April 24 at 6 a.m. Non-resident registration begins, May 1st at 6 a.m. Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.

Return and Refund Policy

REFUNDS - Camp refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made by emailing community.classes@santamonica.gov Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded. Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.

SMSA Camp Behavior Policy

This memorandum outlines the behavior expectations at SMSA City of Santa Monica Camps and Classes. Our priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone at camp.

Player Expectations

Players are expected to follow all camp rules and guidelines.

Unacceptable Behaviors

Certain behaviors are strictly prohibited. Violations of these behaviors may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the camp program without a refund.

Procedure for Dismissal

If a player's behavior is deemed unacceptable, the Camp Director or designated authority will be informed. The Camp Director will make a determination and contact the parent or guardian for pickup.

Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

By enrolling your child in SMSA camps, you agree to support this policy. Parents and guardians should review this policy with their player and understand the potential consequences of violating the rules.
