How Our Day Breaks Down

Players sign into Camp
Players can sign up for daily or weekly Subway lunch
Players are greeted by coaching staff by age and level of experience on the field. Players will begin warm ups for the day
Players will begin instructions on healthy sports performance training! Each day we work on specific training. for example: footwork, speed, running, jumping, movement.....
Players Break for a quick snack and hydration
Players will continue instructions on the fundamentals a sport. Each day we work on a specific sport training. for example: Rugby, soccer, baseball, track & field, basketball, kickball.....
Players and staff will break for lunch for 1 hour
( Subway lunch available for delivery each day or weekly)
Players will continue instructions on the fundamentals. Reviewing the days work on the specific training. for example: Dodge ball, kickball, soccer, Rugby, baseball.....
Players will scrimmage with any sport they want!
Players will pack up and meet with the coaches to review the day while waiting for pickup. Players can engage in additional training techniques with a competitive edge to add excitement to the end of the day while waiting for pick up at coaches discretion.
